REBEL HOUSE is a boutique fitness studio offering group fitness classes for individuals. At REBEL, clients have the opportunity to choose RIDE – a rhythm-based indoor cycling class, RIOT – a boxing-based HIIT workout. And newly launching ON 2/11 - REHAB - a beat based heated yoga class.   All classes are led by expert instructors who coach students through energizing 45-minute workouts designed to challenge the mind and body.

REBEL REHAB VINYASA

FREE CLASSES 2/5-2/10

60-minute yoga class. The room is heated by infrared technology that assists muscles and joints in healing, and find a deeper stretch. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit room with minimal distractions. REHAB classes are beat-based, music driven classes where each client is encouraged to take poses and flows at their own pace making REBEL REHAB accessible for all yogi levels!
